2026/09/18(金)dovecot 2.4.5 で auth の挙動が変わっている・・・

同時に postfix を 3.11.5 から 3.11.7 へアップデートしています。
postfix の更新インストールは管理上、ソースコードからの構築にて、安定の不具合無しで、
dovecot の更新インストール自体は 前バージョン(2.4.4) で発生していた、ソースコードコンパイル時の不具合は一切無く順調に進んだものの、いざ試験運用させると、

以前のバージョン(2.4.4) では、正常に機能していたのですが・・・
既存事案を調査しても全く解決せず、色々試行錯誤したところ、どうやら dovecot の設定を変えないとダメっぽい。
dovecot.conf の設定で、
auth_realms = %{domain}
はダメっぽくて、auth_realms = example.basekernel.ne.jp example.or.jpのように、送受信許可するFQDNを半角スペースで区切って羅列しないとダメっぽい。
弊社の場合 postfix の SASL に dovecot を使用しているので、「送受信」共に意識しないといけないのです。
この設定変更で解決したようですが、２～３日様子を見て、問題なさそうであれば、本番環境への適用となります。
適用する場合、連休中に本番環境への適用作業を完了させる予定です。
